Josiah is the founder and President of Integrous Marketing. His primary responsibilities are helping our clients' architect and install sophisticated demand generation systems supported by closed-loop measurement platforms. Josiah has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing with deep knowledge in media, web strategy, creative, marketing automation, CRM and analytics. Josiah has planned and managed demand generation programs for dozens of companies, including: Bazaarvoice, Comerica Bank, Unitrends, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Insperity, TrackingPoint, Neogenis, First Data, Toshiba, NEC and many more.
Josiah lives in Cedar Park, TX with his wonderful wife and two crazy kids. He graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Sports Management. As you can tell by his major in college he's a huge sports fan, so when he's not being a marketing dork, you can find him dragging his family around the country watching sporting events. 13 major league baseball parks and counting...
Jacob heads up our Demand Generation team as Group Director. He spends most of his days as strategic lead on digital media, marketing automation, and other demand gen activities to determine the most effective ways to generate qualified leads and ultimately revenue for our clients. Jacob spent the early part of his career in New York, planning his way up the agency ladder working on several brands including Diageo, Nokia, Kohl's and Bacardi. Six years later Jacob finally realized he missed the world of BBQ, Tex-Mex and cheaper rent, so he decided to make the move back to Texas. Jacob spent the next 3 years as Associate Director of Media Services at AT&T where he led media strategy and investment for AT&T's Small Business and Enterprise lines of business. He joined the Integrous Marketing family at the beginning of 2012 and hasn't looked back since.
Jacob currently lives in South Austin with his angelic wife and two young sons. His ultimate passions are cooking, eating, and eating what he cooks. He has a weakness for smoked meats, so when he's not busy generating demand for clients he'll be out tending the agency smoker or dreaming up next month's agency cooking challenge.
As Demand Generation Supervisor, Dan is responsible for the strategy, management, and execution of our clients' marketing programs (primarily paid search and CPC). Dan began his marketing career after receiving his BA in American Studies from Pomona College in sunny southern California. Dan has over 10 years of digital marketing experience, supporting direct revenue and profit growth in pursuits ranging from NFL collectibles and insurance lead generation, to the early days of social media (#GuerillaMarketing) and free-to-play mobile games, to Strawberry Shortcake trading cards and World of Warcraft miniatures.
Dan has lived in Austin for the last five years with his wonderful wife, Samantha, and their lovable golden retriever, Bowski. When he's not admiring his nerdy Ghostbusters, Star Wars, and Batman collections, Dan can be seen around Austin enjoying sing-alongs at the Alamo Drafthouse, fantastic food (from trailers, bars, or classier establishments), his favorite local brews, and rivers of queso.
Kevin is responsible for strategy development, day-to-day execution, cross-team project management, and client relations in his role as Demand Generation Supervisor.
Kevin received a BA in Advertising from the University of Texas in Austin. Upon graduation, Kevin worked for an Austin-area e-commerce company managing all outbound marketing programs including paid search, retargeting, e-mail marketing, and more. Then Kevin made the move into the agency world, planning and executing B2B demand generation and brand awareness campaigns for clients like SAP, Dell, Citrix, SanDisk, and more. Kevin's passion for analytics and attribution were a perfect fit for the team at Integrous Marketing!
In his spare time, Kevin loves exploring the nature trails of Austin with his dog or on his mountain bike. Kevin also takes advantage of living in the live music capital of the world by always having a concert on his calendar. When he's not out and about, usually you can find Kevin at home watching a soccer game or doodling in a sketchbook.
Stephen heads our Marketing Automation, Salesforce and Closed-Loop Reporting Systems. He has 7 years of experience installing, administrating and integrating a wide variety of marketing and sales platforms and is a Certified Salesforce Admin. He designs and implements automation across platforms to streamline sales and marketing processes, making teams more efficient and enabling the advanced analytics that Integrous offers. With a fastidious eye for detail - bordering on the fanatical - he loves finding the most elegant and scalable solutions to complicated problems and geeking out about how to improve our custom analytics solutions.
As a former professional jazz musician, he toured the world with bands including Maynard Ferguson and Snarky Puppy and appears on numerous CDs as a band-leader and musician. He's also an avid science enthusiast, homebrewer and cyclist. For a fun side project, he and his family developed an industry-leading General Aviation iOS app which has since been acquired.
