Who We Are

Integrous Marketing is an independent agency located in Austin, TX. Founded in 2011, we have been solving hard problems ever since. We are a team of marketing and tech specialists that have deep demand gen expertise in both B2B and B2C industries. We are pioneers in measurement, attribution and business analytics and are committed to executing marketing that drives revenue, not just leads.

The quality of our work is our number one priority. We’ve built a solid team that has the same philosophy and understands that collaboration is key to delivering at the highest level. Team Leadership

Josiah Sternfeld


Josiah is the founder and President of Integrous Marketing. His primary responsibilities are helping our clients' architect and install sophisticated demand generation systems supported by closed-loop measurement platforms. Josiah has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing with deep knowledge in media, web strategy, creative, marketing automation, CRM and analytics. Josiah has planned and managed demand generation programs for dozens of companies, including: Bazaarvoice, Comerica Bank, Unitrends, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Insperity, TrackingPoint, Neogenis, First Data, Toshiba, NEC and many more.

Josiah lives in Cedar Park, TX with his wonderful wife and two crazy kids. He graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Sports Management. As you can tell by his major in college he's a huge sports fan, so when he's not being a marketing dork, you can find him dragging his family around the country watching sporting events. 13 major league baseball parks and counting...

Jacob Pearson

Vice President

Jacob heads up our Demand Generation team as Group Director. He spends most of his days as strategic lead on digital media, marketing automation, and other demand gen activities to determine the most effective ways to generate qualified leads and ultimately revenue for our clients. Jacob spent the early part of his career in New York, planning his way up the agency ladder working on several brands including Diageo, Nokia, Kohl's and Bacardi. Six years later Jacob finally realized he missed the world of BBQ, Tex-Mex and cheaper rent, so he decided to make the move back to Texas. Jacob spent the next 3 years as Associate Director of Media Services at AT&T where he led media strategy and investment for AT&T's Small Business and Enterprise lines of business. He joined the Integrous Marketing family at the beginning of 2012 and hasn't looked back since.

Jacob currently lives in South Austin with his angelic wife and two young sons. His ultimate passions are cooking, eating, and eating what he cooks. He has a weakness for smoked meats, so when he's not busy generating demand for clients he'll be out tending the agency smoker or dreaming up next month's agency cooking challenge.

Dan Gladwell

Associate Director, Demand Generation

As Associate Director, Dan works closely with our team members to develop the strategy and execution of our clients' demand generation programs. Dan has over 15 years of digital marketing experience, supporting growth for a wide range of verticals, including B2B infosec, NFL collectibles, mobile games, Marvel trading cards, insurance lead generation, and World of Warcraft games.

Dan and his wonderful wife, Samantha, live in South Austin with their dog, Alamo. When he's not adding to his Mondo screenprint and Ghostbusters collections, Dan can be seen around Austin eating delicious food, sampling his favorite local brews, brainstorming the latest addition to his Halloween decorations, and spending entirely too much time at Alamo Drafthouse.

Kevin Cooksey

Sr. Demand Gen Supervisor

Kevin is responsible for strategy development, day-to-day execution, cross-team project management, and client relations in his role as Demand Generation Supervisor.

Kevin received a BA in Advertising from the University of Texas in Austin. Upon graduation, Kevin worked for an Austin-area e-commerce company managing all outbound marketing programs including paid search, retargeting, e-mail marketing, and more. Then Kevin made the move into the agency world, planning and executing B2B demand generation and brand awareness campaigns for clients like SAP, Dell, Citrix, SanDisk, and more. Kevin's passion for analytics and attribution were a perfect fit for the team at Integrous Marketing!

In his spare time, Kevin loves exploring the nature trails of Austin with his dog or on his mountain bike. Kevin also takes advantage of living in the live music capital of the world by always having a concert on his calendar. When he's not out and about, usually you can find Kevin at home watching a soccer game or doodling in a sketchbook.

Stephen Smith

Senior Marketing Ops Consultant

Stephen heads our Marketing Automation, Salesforce and Closed-Loop Reporting Systems. He has 7 years of experience installing, administrating and integrating a wide variety of marketing and sales platforms and is a Certified Salesforce Admin. He designs and implements automation across platforms to streamline sales and marketing processes, making teams more efficient and enabling the advanced analytics that Integrous offers. With a fastidious eye for detail - bordering on the fanatical - he loves finding the most elegant and scalable solutions to complicated problems and geeking out about how to improve our custom analytics solutions.

As a former professional jazz musician, he toured the world with bands including Maynard Ferguson and Snarky Puppy and appears on numerous CDs as a band-leader and musician. He's also an avid science enthusiast, homebrewer and cyclist. For a fun side project, he and his family developed an industry-leading General Aviation iOS app which has since been acquired.

Gabby Dohse

Demand Gen Supervisor

Gabby is part of the Demand Generation team as a Demand Generation Supervisor. Her responsibilities include day-to-day execution of clients' strategic marketing programs. Upon receiving her business degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, Gabby began building a career in marketing with a focus on digital media, data analytics, technology integration, and management. With over 8 years of marketing and sales experience, she has worked on both the media and client side managing strategy for various B2B and B2C campaigns. Gabby is passionate about marketing campaign attribution and sales process tracking.

Originally from Eastern Europe, Gabby moved to Austin in 2005 to attend UT and fell in love with Texas. She married her Texan college boyfriend in 2011 and they adopted a cat, Hazel, that same year. Living in the northwest hills of Austin she can be found attempting to emulate Snow White communication tactics with the backyard deer and rabbits. Her biggest passion is travel and a favorite past time in between trips is planning for that next getaway.

How do you pronounce Integrous?

Our name is derived from the concept of ‘integrity’ as an adjective for our marketing approach. Having integrity is core to our agency, no matter which definition you choose. Our marketing programs and data platforms are designed to be structurally sound. Our team always strives to do what’s best for our clients and we honor our word. Our focus is to help as many businesses as we can build whole and complete demand generation systems. Simply put, you pronounce our name similar to how you would pronounce the word integrity: in-ˈte-grəs (IN-TEG-RUSS).

What is your hand logo?

Our hand logo is meant to be a visual representation (and reminder) of our commitment to integrity. It is simply known as the “spit shake” and is a nod to an earlier time when an agreement made over a handshake was honored just as a written contract that has been signed and dated is today.

What types of businesses are the best fit for Integrous Marketing?

Our core services are specifically designed to support lead-based businesses that are looking to generate high quality leads through their website. However, our approach drives positive performance in other categories as well, including ecommerce and CPG.

What Marketing Automation and CRM platforms do you have experience with?

Our preferred platforms are Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua and Salesforce, but we have experience in other platforms including MailChimp, HubSpot, Quick Base and other platforms as well.

How are you different from other demand gen agencies?

Demand gen strategy is fairly easy to talk about, but being able to execute on that strategy is a whole different story. We believe the difference is in our ability to execute each service we offer, at the highest level. If we don’t believe we can effectively deliver on a service, we won’t offer it to you. Integrity is core to who we are and being able to deliver on our word is our top priority.
